Heyhey! It's such a nice weather here, still a bit cold, but the sun, the fresh air, the birds... ahh I'm loving it! It makes me want to wear pastels and pull out every single holo that I own, haha! But that's not what I'm showing today, the combination of this mani reminds me a little bit more of a frosty scene :)

For this mani I started with a creme base, then I applied a glittergradient to the tips (I used the brush with barely any polish on it, and build up the gradient like that) and finished with some stamping. And as is the case more often, especially when I try out something that I haven't done (much) before, I was curious to see how it would look matte! It really changed the look of this mani, by making the basecolor look lighter as well, and has more of a Spring feel to it... but I still prefer it shiny ^^

Morning lovelies, here's a mani that I did recently. I want to try something like this in more natural colors sometime as well, but this time I went for some shiny stamping!

W.I.C. by Herôme Malmö with Kiko 626 Lawn Green and A England Tess D'Urbervilles with Bundle Monster BM-702

I used a metallic as first stamping polish, and stamped the same image again with a more sparkly polish. Tess D'Urbervilles is a little bit sheer for stamping, but with this design I liked the variation in color that sheer stamping can give. Some bits are darker than others, which matches with leaves if you ask me, and it made the result look a bit more natural again (because metallic leaves obviously ain't the most natural thing =)).

A England added a new addition to the 'Heavenly Quotes' line, and oh my... it's purple perfection! The outstanding application of the A England polishes never ceases to amaze me, and The Blessed Damozel is no exception. It's pretty much a 1coater, although I still prefer 2 thin coats. It's rich in color, works for stamping, and well, what's not to love! I went with some basic stamping, but it almost feels a bit like it's unworthy of this polish as base, I mean, look how TBD looks on itself! ♥

A England The Blessed Damozel

This is 2 thin coats of The Blessed Damozel with top coat, which it does need to make it shine. It's a dark purple that leans a lot to the blue side, and often looks really dark, but never looks black. And in case you have Avalon, another purple prrrretty by A England, these 2 aren't close. Avalon is lighter, brighter and leans a bit more red.

The Blessed Damozel works wonderful for stamping, but in this case I stamped on top with a floral image. The stamping polish is a tad more blue, but this polish gave me a hard time to begin with, so I stopped trying to capture both the polish ánd the stamping polish right :)

You can buy A England polish on their website, and if you're not from the UK, the website also offers a page with all the webshops around the world that carry A England. Thanks for looking! :)

Hi guys! As you may have seen on my Facebook or Instagram, I got some insane nailmail yesterday: a whopping 31 stamping plates... OMG! They're all awesome and I couldn't resist trying them out straight away, so here's the first set. It's the new Secret Garden collection from Bundle Monster, this set contains 25 plates with a -you guessed it- garden theme! And as usual with Bundle Monster, I think they nailed the theme, these plates really have that romantic, swirly, floral feel which I absolutely LOVE! Let's have a look at all the plates first, before I show a little bit more of this mani :)

Essence Enter Wonderland with China Glaze Jolly Holly, Kiko Lawn Green and China Glaze 2030 with Bundle Monster plate BM-721 and BornPrettyStore Super Matte

The plates come with the usual protective blue foil at the front, and the protective cover at the back. The images themselves look crispy sharp and have the high quality that we're used to from Bundle Monster. If you're not sure how to deal with these fully covered plates, I posted a How To: about that yesterday :) And as you can see, these fully covered plates are brilliant for people with longer nails as well, the plates have the standard platesize and it's up to you to decide what part of the image comes on your nails!

I'm thinking of glittery accents in the middle of the top right flowers, and those keys are perfect for a romantic themed mani as well.

Look at those floral, swirly images! And Bambi!

I can see myself wearing all of these images, but top left jumps out the most for me right now. But those leaves are a close second!

This is one of the plates with less clear beginnings and endings of images, instead it's really 1 big design. The swirls near the bottom are my favorite part!

Cover your nails fully in text, or pick out 1 word to match the rest of your mani :)

This one has several designs that got my attention, but then again, most of these plates do, haha!

I'm not sure if I'd ever use the couch, but I don't mind it either. It fits perfect with the plate, don't you think? And I can imagine a mani of the top part with the tree and the leaves, split into several sections, one on each nail.

Yes, there's more adorable flowers...

... and then some more! ♥

Again a bunch of images that I can totally see on my nails!

Ohh yes, top left ♥

After doing a few black-on-holo stampings, I'm getting the feel for it, and these thicker lined imaged would be great for that!

Did I already mention flowers? :D Middle right is cute! And again perfect for adding little details in the middle of the flowers.

Can you imagine how hard it was to pick an image for my mani? :)

The bottom image is another one that'll be perfect for some bold black/holo stamping, don't you think?

Swirly top image ♥ But I'm liking the cherry blossom too!

I feel like I'm on repeat, but yes... Floral! Swirly! Yum!

*Swoon* This swirly design, lalalove! This is the plate that I used for yesterday's How To: mani, but I'm eager to use the swirly design on itself, on all nails :)

MORE SWIRLY! :D

I think this tropical plate is perfect for brighter stamping, like green on green.

This is the plate I used for today's mani, the image on the left. Will definitely use it again!

I count 3 squirrels, but I have no idea what that thing on the left is. Is it a creature or just a random image? Oh well, whatever it is, I can see both the top and bottom image in a funky mani :)

Meow! It's actually not the kittycats that jump out for me, but the flowers :) Although that fencing at the bottom could be great as well, sideways over the nail?

Another piece of furniture that works well with the theme. It wouldn't be an obvious image choice for my nails, yet I do see how the top of the chair, tilted, would work!

And of course a Secret Garden needs a pond with fishies!

Right, time to show more of my mani!

I went with a gradient stamping in green, to stick with the garden theme. You can see how I did the gradient in this post. I mattified the mani because I liked the look of the matte base polish with the stamping, I need to get a backup of this very pale grey! I think I'll use this one a lot, it's perfect for nailart :)

Hey guys :) I wanted to use more images of the Bundle Monster Sun Kissed plates (which I've reviewed here), and one of the images that immediatly got my attention back then was an image that looks like sea foam. I also got a new Essence polish recently, a suede according to the bottle, so I figured to use that as base. The polish covered well, it needed 2 thin coats, but unlike the other suedes in my stash, that 2nd coat didn't dry fast at all! And I wouldn't call this finish suede either, I'm not sure what to call this, it's a bit weird, haha. It's a nice blue color though, and top coat solves both the finish as the drying time, so ah well :)

I really like the image, but next time I'd go for different polishes. Have a lovely day & take care!

This time with double blue, although the stamping shows a little more silver than blue on my pics :)

I never used that image before, but I like it! But it was a bit tricky to stamp with a metallic, those fine lines with a fast drying polish... Had to clean the plate a lot more than usual, and had a few fails on the stamper as well! But it ended up fine on my nails :)
Thanks for stopping by & have a great weekend ♥
